Refund & Return Policy

At Revamp Extensions, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are not accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
  • Free from damage, alterations, or signs of wear
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used hair extensions
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service team at revampextensions@gmail.com within the return period to request a Return Authorization number.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

  • Solutions will be addressed immediately.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a solution to the problem.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will address the issue immediately. Call or email us at revampextensions@gmail.com with photos of the product.
