Natalie’s career began with a strong creative foundation, initially studying Interior Design at UNR Reno before transitioning into professional hair design. In 1994, she refined her skills at the renowned Toni & Guy Academy in Dallas, TX—an experience that shaped her signature precision and client-focused approach.

By 2012, Natalie became dissatisfied with existing hair extension methods. Even the “safer” options fell short of her standards for comfort, longevity, and hair health. Determined to create a better alternative, she began an extensive research and development journey, leading to her patent-pending, damage-free application method.
