5. How quickly can I get my extensions installed?

• Orders placed before 12 PM (Mon–Thu): Hair ready in 2–3 business days

• Orders placed after 12 PM (Mon–Thu): Hair ready in 3–4 business days

• Orders placed Fri–Sun: Hair ready in 4–5 business days

6. How long does the installation appointment take?

The full appointment is approximately 2 hours:

• 1.5 hours for professional wash and installation

• 30 minutes for custom cut and style
