Refund & Return Policy

At Revamp Extensions, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are not accepted.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

    • Free from damage, alterations, or signs of wear

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used hair extensions

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at revampextensions@gmail.com within the return period to request a Return Authorization number.

  2. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

  • Solutions will be addressed immediately.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a solution to the problem.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will address the issue immediately call or email us at revampextensions@gmail.com with photos of the product.
